Hem Redux

A classic BC box reimagined as a modern Scandinavian home.
To take full advantage of the southern sun, the new addition was positioned separately from the original structure. A glass hallway now connects the existing home to the new space, linking the garage to the mudroom. Above the hallway, a green roof not only adds visual interest but also helps ground the home when viewed from the upper deck.
